- —Soil movement, erosion, frost heave, settling or changing drainage conditions
- —Normal wood checking, shrinking, swelling, warping, fading, weathering or aging
- —Rot, pests, animals, vegetation, sprinklers, standing water or excess moisture
- —Material or manufacturer defects that are covered by a separate manufacturer warranty
- —Damage caused by misuse, missing maintenance, customer changes or third-party work

HELP YOUR PROJECT LAST
Good care protects good work.
Wood and outdoor structures naturally react to weather. A little routine care can prevent a small issue from becoming a larger repair.
- Keep soil, mulch and standing water away from wood where practical.
- Trim vegetation and avoid leaning heavy objects against the fence.
- Use gates as intended and tell us early if a latch or hinge starts acting differently.
- Follow the stain, seal and maintenance schedule recommended for your material and finish.
