Estimates

Instant price ranges and website examples are planning guides, not final offers. A written scope and approved price control the project. Hidden conditions, access limits, utility conflicts, code or HOA requirements and customer-requested changes may affect price or schedule.

Deposits and final payment

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work is scheduled. Unless the written proposal says otherwise, the remaining balance is due according to the invoice. Never send card information by text or email; use the secure payment link provided by BAYLORS.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact BAYLORS promptly if plans change. Refund eligibility depends on work already performed, custom materials ordered, payment-processing status and the written project agreement. Custom or made-to-order products may not be refundable after production begins.

Scheduling, utilities and property approvals

Requested dates are not confirmed until BAYLORS contacts you. Property lines, HOA approval and private utility information remain the property owner’s responsibility unless the written scope says otherwise. Public utility-locate requirements must be completed before applicable digging.

Rewards

Rewards have no cash value, are nontransferable and may not be combined unless stated. Referral points are issued only after the referred customer’s qualifying project is completed and paid. BAYLORS may correct errors or deny duplicate or abusive claims.
