Information we collect

When you request an estimate, place an order, join rewards or leave a review, BAYLORS may collect the information you enter, including your name, contact details, city, project information, appointment preference and uploaded photos.

How it is used

We use this information to respond, prepare estimates, schedule and track work, manage orders and payments, maintain rewards balances, prevent abuse and improve customer service.

Photos and public content

Estimate photos are private owner-access materials and are not published automatically. Reviews are public when submitted. Project photos are used in marketing only with permission or when BAYLORS has the legal right to use them.

Payments and retention

Secure payment pages are provided by Stripe; BAYLORS does not receive complete card numbers. Business records may be retained as reasonably needed for projects, warranties, payments, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
